* The protection plan covers only financial Damages on Platforms which have been registered as Company in their country of origin.
Wallet Hacks are only protected if the Wallet was distributed as Closed Source Wallet from a Registered Company. OpenSource Wallets are not covered.
Attention! The maximum protection-payment is "50x your deposit to the pool" but at max the maximum the Pool can handle. If the pool gets empty, Halal Solutions is not enforced to pay the missing difference.

Please be aware that we use a sophisticated AML prevention System called AML-NOW to protect us from Fraud and Money Laundering Attempst. You can download the AML-APP for iOS and Android mobile phones.
Example how it works:
Imagine you have 10000 Telos in the Protection Pool. Another exchange you are registered on is doing an exit-scam (e.g Thodex). Your balance was worth 100$. If telos has a value of 1cent, you would get a compensation payment of 10000 TELOS.
If you lost 5000$ you would get a max. Compensation of 500000 TELOS which would equal at 1 cent value the 5000$
The Pool doesn't compensate you with more than it has available balance if 50x your Deposit exceeds that.
The TELOS Pool, earns Staking Rewards and fills itself. 20% of the Pool-Rewards are kept as Fee and underly Turkish VAT of 18%.
